Job Title: ER / Med Surg RN
Location: Gordon, NE
Pay: $2,571.84 per week
Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7-7, every other weekend/holiday, potential for block scheduling

Key Responsibilities of the ER / Med Surg RN
•
Provide comprehensive nursing care to ER and Med Surg patients
•
Manage patient flow between ER and Med Surg units
•
Administer medications and manage common drips such as norepi and heparin
•
Effectively manage critical care situations with telehealth support
•
Participate in patient assessment, diagnosis, and care planning
Requirements of the ER / Med Surg RN
•
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
•
Minimum of 2 years ER experience required
•
Proficiency in time management and leadership skills
•
Comfortable floating between ER & Med Surg
•
Experience with TruBridge - Evident charting system preferred
