Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | 13 Weeks
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Stepdown setting during night shift hours.
Cross-train and work in the ICU as needed based on unit demands.
Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as required.
Complete non-billable orientation modules prior to assignment start, averaging approximately 4 hours.
Complete any applicable billable modules after orientation during the assignment.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for the state of Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year of PCU, IMC, or Stepdown nursing experience preferred at time of submission.
Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and local rates will apply — please include permanent tax home address with submission.
Holiday RTO is limited; only 1 day surrounding 1 holiday may be requested.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in or cross-covering an ICU environment.
Comfort floating between units or to affiliate hospital locations.
Strong adaptability and ability to manage higher-acuity patients.
