This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care within the Intermediate Care Unit, requiring proficiency in the management of various drips and post-procedural care in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities of the IMCU Nurse

•

Manage drip experiences including Neo up to 100, Precedex, and Insulin

•

Provide care involving A-lines and TR bands

•

Deliver stroke and post-procedural care

•

Work within a patient ratio of 4:1 or occasionally 5:1 dependent on acuity

Requirements of the IMCU Nurse

•

Valid NY License

•

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

•

BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications

•

Experience with Epic systems
