In this role, you will provide expert perioperative nursing care across all phases of the surgical experience, collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the broader OR team. If you are a skilled OR nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment, we encourage you to apply. 📋 Key Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive preoperative patient assessments and prepare patients for surgical procedures • Serve in scrub and circulating roles to support a wide range of surgical specialties and procedures • Maintain strict aseptic technique and enforce infection control standards throughout the perioperative process • Anticipate surgeon needs and efficiently manage instrumentation, supplies, and equipment during procedures • Monitor and document patient safety, positioning, and physiologic status throughout the intraoperative phase • Coordinate care during patient handoff and provide thorough postoperative reporting to PACU staff • Participate in surgical counts, timeout procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety ✅ Requirements • Active ID or Compact RN license • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications • 1+ years of Operating Room experience • CNOR certification preferred Pay Pay range: $2,484 to $2,599 per week. Travel OR RN package: up to $2,599/week (36 hours) = $37/hour taxable + up to $1,267/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $69/hour fully taxable ($2,484/week for 36 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
