Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical – Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3x12 – Relocation Candidates Welcome Location: Lancaster, OH Duration: 13 Weeks Specialty: Medical-Surgical Shift Time: Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 3x12 Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week Start: 11/16/2026 We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital in Lancaster, OH and provide high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse medical-surgical population. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your clinical expertise in a dynamic inpatient setting. 📋 Key Responsibilities • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment throughout each shift • Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders and established protocols • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, discharge instructions, and self-care strategies • Communicate significant changes in patient status to physicians and appropriate care team members in a timely manner • Perform wound care, IV line management, catheter care, and other clinical procedures as indicated • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) in compliance with facility standards ✅ Requirements • Active OH or Compact RN license • BLS/BCLS, ACLS certifications • 1+ years of Medical-Surgical experience • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills Pay Pay range: $2,052 to $2,153 per week. Travel Med/Surg RN package: up to $2,153/week (36 hours) = $33/hour taxable + up to $965/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $57/hour fully taxable ($2,052/week for 36 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
