Registered Nurse – Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum – Nights 12hr + call – Relocation Candidates Welcome Location: Globe, AZ Duration: 13 Weeks Specialty: Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum Shift Time: Nights 12hr + call Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week Start: 11/9/2026 We are seeking an experienced Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital in Globe, AZ. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to laboring patients, newborns, and postpartum families throughout the full continuum of the childbirth experience. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical assessment skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for supporting families during one of life's most significant milestones. 📋 Key Responsibilities • Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor using continuous electronic fetal monitoring and interpret findings to guide care • Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, providing skilled intrapartum support to patients and obstetric care teams • Administer epidural support, oxytocin infusions, and other medications per provider orders and established protocols • Perform immediate newborn assessments and stabilization, including APGAR scoring and initiation of resuscitation as needed • Provide postpartum care including fundal assessments, lactation support, and education on newborn care and maternal recovery • Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies such as postpartum hemorrhage, shoulder dystocia, and eclampsia • Educate patients and families on discharge instructions, breastfeeding techniques, and community support resources ✅ Requirements • Active AZ or Compact RN license • ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, AWHONN, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications • 4+ years of Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum experience • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program Pay Pay range: $2,988 to $3,103 per week. Travel LDRP RN package: up to $3,103/week (36 hours) = $51/hour taxable + up to $1,267/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules. Local package: $83/hour fully taxable ($2,988/week for 36 hours). Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
