Job Description:
Hiring for our prominent client at Shiprock Service Unit - Northern Navajo Medical Center (IHS), offering an enriching opportunity to provide exceptional care in an inspiring setting. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting initial patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Duties involve administering medications, assisting minor procedures, and providing education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatments. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and continuity of care. Play a key role in maintaining patient records and coordinating follow-up care, ensuring a seamless patient experience in the clinic setting.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in clinic / ambulatory setting.
Hold a current, valid, unrestricted nursing license in any state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States.
Must have BLS certification.
