RN - Med Surg
Norman Regional's Med-Surg RN working in the 4N unit can expect a 26 bed medical/surgical unit that cares for a wide variety of patients with complex medical conditions including post-operative colorectal surgeries. We are looking for a high-energy RN to join our friendly environment of healers! This individual should exhibit strong communication skills, inter-professional collaboration, and patient safety practices. RN essential functions include, but are not limited with other health professionals, assessment & analyzing assessment data
Establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care
Delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions
Performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
Performing pulse oximetry monitoring and computer skills.
