Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Deparment with a hospital in Baltimore, MD.

The Emergency Department (ED) is composed of a 73-bed unit and consists of 7 care centers within the unit, which include: Urgent Care Center, Chest Pain Evaluation Center, Emergent Care Center, Level II-Trauma Center, Pediatric Center, Rapid Evaluation Unit (REU), and an Observation Center.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and, resource for patients and their families.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
  • 1+ Years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License or Compact Licensure (in accordance with current rules)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • ACLS within 6 months of hire
