Job Title: Case Manager • Registered Nurse • Days
Join our team as a Case Manager • Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract position. Work 40 hours per week, 8:30am to 5:00pm shifts, including alternate weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Manage patient cases and coordinate care
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families
• Plan patient discharges
• Primarily work with Med Tele patients, occasional ICU interaction
Requirements:
• Active CA RN License
• BLS Certification
• Hospital Inpatient Experience
• Bedside experience
• Bachelor's degree and experience with InterQual and Epic preferred
Additional Information:
• No on•call
• Up to 3 days RTO
• COVID vaccine required
• Local travelers accepted
• Royal Blue or Navy Blue scrubs
• PPE provided, parking available on•site
• EMR: Epic
3.0+ scores on all skills checklists required.
