How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 3. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F 8 to 5 4. Will there be any weekend rotation? If so, how often? Yes, Once a Month 5. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? 1 Week per Month 6. What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Southeast, Home Health 7. What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? Columbus Area 8.
