Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. Monitoring: Regularly assess residents' conditions and respond promptly to any changes, ensuring their comfort and safety. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident assessments, care provided, and progress towards goals in compliance with regulatory standards. Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while adhering to medication safety protocols. Education: Educate residents and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care. Emotional Support: Offer emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a compassionate and empathetic environment. - Variable 12 hour shifts to meet facility needs
- 13 week assignment
- Weekly gross $2,700

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice.
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on facility policy.
