Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Psychiatric Department • Day Shift

Join our psychiatric team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 13•week contract, working three 12•hour day shifts per week.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care following California state guidelines, maintaining a 1:6 patient ratio.
• Rotate between crisis and inpatient units within the psychiatric facility.

Requirements:
• Active California LVN license.
• BLS or CPR, CPI/MAB certifications.
• Two years of specialty experience, including forensic and psychiatric.
• Familiarity with a variety of psychiatric conditions.
• COVID•19 vaccination and booster (if eligible).

Additional Information:
• Located in Eureka, CA.
• Royal Blue or Navy Blue scrubs required.
• On•site parking and PPE provided.
• Facility offers Adult Behavioral Health, Crisis Stabilization, and Substance Use Disorder Services.
