Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, record and communicate, in a meaningful way, data relevant to behavioral health and medical assessments.
- Identify medical conditions that warrant medical treatment and notify the nurse.
- Assess the physical-psychosocial health status of patients and family based upon the knowledge of growth and development patterns and health conditions that require medical management.
- Provide individual and family counseling, guidance, and health instruction to help patients understand how to prevent disease and maintain good physical and mental health.
Qualification:
- License: Current, Valid CNA license in any state of USA.
- Certifications: BLS / CPR / AED
- Experience: Must have at least 1+ years of direct patient care experience within the last 2 years.
- Proof of vaccinations and all health requirements set forth by Indian Health Services, including but not limited to PPD, flu, Covid, MMR, and Hep B.
