This role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living while maintaining comfort, dignity, and safety in a structured healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Support feeding and hydration needs
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Document care activities accurately per facility guidelines
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Assist nursing staff with resident care plans and routines

Requirements
