    • Day Shift – 1 charge nurse; 1 co-charge nurse; RNs to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 ratio
    • Night Shift - 1 charge nurse; 1 co-charge nurse; RNs to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 ratio
  • Patient Ratios – 1:2
  • Type of equipment – Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, US
  • EMR – Meditech
  • Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – yes
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
  • EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation
  • 2+ nursing experience in L&D
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  • Internal monitor placement competency
  • Previous HCA assignment/employments
  • Experience in Level IV unit (high volume unit)
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
  • SVD/ cerclages/C-Sections/TOLAC

Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
  • Scrub Color - navy blue
