Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute or chronic diseases
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage post-cath sites
• Titrate insulin, heparin, Cardizem, and other required drips
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and manage discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• BLS certification is required
• ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Tele RN experience required
• Experience with relevant drips and tele skills necessary
