Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care within a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The RN will be responsible for overseeing patient care, administering treatments, and supporting positive patient outcomes in a structured clinical environment.

This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient care delivery during overnight shifts.

Shift Time: 18:30 07:00
Scheduled Shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Number of Shifts: 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Support patient safety and infection control practices
Respond to clinical emergencies and patient needs
Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
