Job Overview

We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 14-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support residents in a long-term care environment.

This is a travel role suited for nurses who are flexible, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with infection control and facility protocols
Support admissions, transfers, and discharge processes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote patient safety and quality of care

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a travel assignment setting
Must meet facility onboarding requirements
Compliance with ID badge and facility policies required
COVID-19 vaccination or exemption may be required per facility policy
