Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a local contract assignment in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The LNA will provide direct patient care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support the nursing team in delivering safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Take and record vital signs as directed
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Support infection control and safety practices
Work collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams

Start Date: 06/02/2026
End Date: 09/15/2026

Shift: Evening Shift
Shift Time: 14:00 22:00

Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours per Week
Contract Length: Approximately 16 Weeks

Requirements

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required (VT/NH)
Long-term care experience preferred
Must have reliable transportation (limited public transit in area)
Every other weekend commitment required
No overtime available
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per policy
