Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract assignment in a long-term care setting. The CNA will provide direct hands-on patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while supporting the nursing team in delivering safe, high-quality care.

This role is ideal for CNAs who are committed to patient care and thrive in structured healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Measure and record vital signs as assigned
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Provide compassionate and respectful patient care

End Date: 08/03/2026

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 06:00 18:00

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans and clinical instructions
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per policy
