Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN) for a short-term travel assignment in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. This role requires clinical competency, adaptability, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care across different facility environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician supervision
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery

Shift: Night Shift
Shift Time: 07:00 PM 07:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per WeeK

Requirements

Active LPN/LVN license required
Prior long-term care or travel nursing experience preferred
Strong adaptability in different clinical settings
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued ID and wear facility badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
Commitment to safe, patient-centered care
