Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a long-term care setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring safe and effective clinical outcomes across the shift.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
Monitor patient conditions and escalate changes appropriately
Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and care teams
Maintain accurate electronic health records and clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Support patient-centered care delivery in a skilled nursing environment
Supervise and guide LPNs and support staff as needed

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/04/2026
End Date: 09/03/2026

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 06:00 AM 06:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Contract Length: Approximately 14 Weeks

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
3 5 years clinical nursing experience preferred
Experience in long-term care or acute care settings preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Must comply with onboarding and credentialing requirements
Must bring valid state or federal identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
