Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will provide direct resident care and assist the nursing team in delivering quality patient-centered services.

This is a local-only contract opportunity with a consistent weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Record vital signs and patient observations as assigned
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/02/2026
End Date: 08/18/2026

Shift: Day Shift

Shift Time: 06:00 AM 06:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Contract Length: Approximately 12 Weeks

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Requirements

Active CNA certification required
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-focused care in a long-term care environment
