Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols; monitor for side-effects and treatment effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers; identify issues and resources

Requirements of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
• 1 year of experience in Critical Care setting preferred but will accept new graduates
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only)
• RN License in state of TX or compact
