About the Position

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Every third weekend rotation | Every other holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Iowa or compact licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry setting
• Ability to monitor and respond to telemetry data

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification
• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
