Job Overview
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a long-term contract assignment in a skilled nursing environment. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide basic patient care under RN/LPN supervision
Monitor and report patient condition changes
Support mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
Maintain accurate documentation as required
Ensure resident safety and dignity at all times
Follow facility infection control and safety protocols

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 05:45 AM 02:15 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Requirements
Active CNA certification (state required)
Minimum experience preferred in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans accurately
Valid state/federal photo ID required on-site at all times
Compliance with facility onboarding and health requirements
