We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support nursing staff in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide basic patient care under RN/LPN supervision
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Support mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
Assist with feeding, positioning, and transfers
Maintain accurate documentation as required
Ensure resident safety and dignity at all times
Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
Assignment Details
Start Date: 06/04/2026
End Date: 09/10/2026
Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 06:00 AM 06:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements
Active CNA certification (state required)
Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans accurately
Valid state/federal photo ID required on-site at all times
Compliance with facility onboarding and health requirements
Must meet all applicable facility and regulatory standards
