Main, Lewisville, TX Floor:1 Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -7 ORs including CVOR. 1 vascular hybrid room Number of Staff 2 Type of staff: 1 RN and 1 CST Day Shift Days with rotating call Night Shift - Patient Ratios Type of equipment - EMR Meditech On Call Requirement 50/50 split with the other CVOR RN Floating Requirement main OR as needed Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: RNs, CSTs Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum of 2 years CVOR RN experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
