Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a local contract assignment. The LNA will provide direct patient care and assist nursing staff in maintaining patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support mobility, hygiene, and feeding needs
Monitor and report patient condition changes
Assist with vital signs and basic patient care
Maintain patient comfort and safety
Document care activities accurately
Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare staff
Follow facility policies and infection control standards

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/01/2026
End Date: 08/24/2026

Shift: Evening Shift
Shift Time: 03:00 PM 11:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements

Active LNA certification/license (VT/NH)
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work evening shifts
Local candidates only
Must be available to start within 2 weeks or less
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and health requirements
