KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage an assigned caseload of medical/surgical patients across multiple diagnoses
Administer medications, perform assessments, and execute care plans per physician orders
Monitor patient response to treatment and escalate findings to the charge RN/physician
Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
Support safe patient-handling protocols and assist with discharge planning
