KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor maternal and foetal well-being during labour using electronic foetal monitoring (EFM)
- Support and assist with vaginal and caesarean deliveries in collaboration with OB/GYN team
- Administer oxytocin, epidural monitoring, and emergent medications per protocol
- Complete labour assessments, delivery documentation, and postpartum handoff
- Participate in obstetric emergency drills and rapid response
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS and NRP certifications current
- Minimum 2 years L&D RN experience
- Foetal monitoring proficiency (EFM)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- RNC-OB certification
- Experience with high-risk obstetrics
