KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Triage and assess patients presenting to the emergency department across all acuity levels
- Initiate emergent nursing interventions including IV access, medication administration, and airway management
- Collaborate with emergency physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff
- Complete time-sensitive documentation in the EMR
- Support patient flow, discharge planning, and transitions of care
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS and ACLS certifications current
- Minimum 2 years Emergency Department RN experience
- TNCC or CEN preferred but not required at time of application
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- TNCC or CEN certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish
