KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-acuity nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients in a PICU setting
- Monitor and interpret haemodynamic parameters, ventilator settings, and IV drips
- Collaborate with PICU intensivists, respiratory therapy, and multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications, blood products, and vasoactive infusions per physician orders
- Complete timely EMR documentation and communicate patient status changes
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS and PALS certifications current
- Minimum 2 years PICU or Paediatric Critical Care RN experience
- EMR proficiency
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- CCRN or CPN certification
- Experience with CRRT or ECMO
