About the Position

**Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Night Shift • Corrections**

Join our team as an LVN for night shifts in a correctional facility in Huntsville, Texas, providing vital healthcare in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide nursing care in a correctional setting.
• Administer medications and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Float across units within a 50•mile radius as needed.

**Qualifications:**

• Valid LVN license in Texas or compact state.
• BLS and IV Therapy Certification.
• 2+ years of nursing experience, including 1 year in Acute Care or Med Surg.
• Experience in LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing, or Psych is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem•solving skills.

**Schedule:**

• Night shifts: 17:45 to 06:15.
• 13•week assignment, 36 hours/week guaranteed, with potential overtime.
• Flexibility for scheduling and unit floating.
