About the Position

Job Title: RN - Critical Care Profession: RN - Critical Care Specialty: RN - Critical Care Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Current Epic experience required License: Valid nursing license Certifications: Critical Care certification preferred Must-Have: Current Epic experience Description: Exclusive Epic Assignment. Provide critical care to patients in a medical intensive care unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the electronic health record system. Support families and provide education about patient conditions and care plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols. Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
