REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) licence Vermont or New Hampshire, current and in good standing
  • CPR/BLS certification current
  • Eligibility to work in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting
