KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts
  • Manage a mixed medical/telemetry patient caseload
  • Administer medications and perform skilled nursing procedures
  • Document accurately in the EMR; communicate status changes
  • Support patient discharge planning and interdisciplinary coordination

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
  • BLS and ACLS certifications current
  • Minimum 1 year Telemetry or Stepdown RN experience
  • Cardiac rhythm strip interpretation proficiency
