KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scrub and circulate for open-heart, CABG, valve, and aortic surgical procedures
- Manage cardiopulmonary bypass setup and coordination with perfusionist
- Monitor and respond to haemodynamic changes during cardiovascular procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and instrument count compliance throughout surgery
- Complete intraoperative documentation and coordinate with post-op care team
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS and ACLS certifications current
- Minimum 2 years CVOR scrub and circulator experience
- Experience with open-heart bypass procedures
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- CNOR certification
- Experience with minimally invasive cardiac surgery
