3 x 12-hour shifts rotating

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention
  • Titrate vasoactive medications, manage mechanical ventilation, and oversee invasive monitoring
  • Perform rapid assessments and respond to deteriorating patient status
  • Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy
  • Complete precise, timely ICU EMR documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
  • BLS and ACLS certifications current
  • Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience
  • Ventilator management and arterial line experience required

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • CCRN certification
  • Experience with CRRT
