The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in a surgical setting. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Candidates must complete various health assessments, including personal health tests and vaccinations. A successful background check is mandatory for all applicants. The selected candidate will demonstrate proficiency in both technical skills required for the Operating Room and effective communication with the surgical team. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, applicants should be prepared to validate competencies and demonstrate knowledge of operating room procedures.
