Registered Nurse – CVOR

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) setting
• Work a rotating schedule that includes one Friday, one Saturday, and one Sunday shift per scheduling period (shifts do not need to be consecutive)
• Adhere to weekday shift times of 5:00 AM–3:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, and weekend/holiday shift times of 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Participate in required holiday rotation, including weekends surrounding holidays
• Float between multiple campus locations as needed, typically with at least one day of advance notice based on scheduled cases
• Remain on call at assigned/booked location only

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of CVOR nursing experience
• Strong proficiency in cardiovascular operating room procedures and protocols
• Ability to work a variable schedule averaging 70 or more hours per four-week period, subject to fluctuation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to multi-campus environments and varying case schedules
