Job Overview
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract assignment. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support nursing staff in delivering quality care within a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide support with mobility, hygiene, dressing, and feeding
Obtain and record vital signs
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety
Document care accurately and timely
Work collaboratively with nursing and clinical teams
Follow facility and infection-control protocols
Assignment Details
Start Date: 06/15/2026
End Date: 08/10/2026
Shift: Night Shift
Shift Time: 06:30 PM 06:30 AM
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Contract Length: 9 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and facility requirements
Must maintain all required credentials and certifications
Additional Information
ASAP starts needed urgent placement requirement
Local candidates only
