KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with facility policy and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments; document accurately in the EMR
- Communicate patient status changes to the care team and attending physician
- Maintain compliance with infection control, regulatory standards, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS certification current
- Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience
- EMR proficiency
