About the Position

Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience required. License: Licensure in designated states required. Certifications: BCLS certification required. Must-Have: Oasis experience required. Traveler must have their own transportation. Description: Home Health RN position available for a traveler. The role involves visiting patients in the home health setting. Staffing ratios are 1:1, with a maximum of 6 patient visits per day. No weekend coverage is required. The facility does not accommodate block scheduling. Travelers are not required to float between units. COVID vaccination series plus one booster is required. The system effectively groups clients to minimize travel time. Occasional maximum drive radius is approximately 60 miles, translating to 60-90 minutes of total drive time per day. Business casual attire is expected, and scrubs may be worn but are not required. Charting will be done through EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover. The primary patient population includes adults and geriatrics with various conditions. Specialized care may involve wound care, medication management, and education on various medical devices. Interdisciplinary support is available. All travelers are expected to remain adaptable and willing to work within a defined geographical area.
