Travel Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 30-bed Intermediate Care Unit with a patient ratio of 4–5:1
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to Med/Surg unit as needed based on staffing and census demands
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings in the electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1–2 years of Critical Care experience
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility – local candidates are not eligible for this travel assignment
• Valid driver's license with permanent home address available for submission verification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR system
• Prior travel nursing experience in an IMCU, PCU, or Stepdown setting
