Job Overview

We are seeking a Local Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a structured clinical setting. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to rotating weekly schedules.

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions
• Support ADLs and patient comfort care
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow all facility policies and safety procedures
• Ensure patient safety at all times

• Active LPN/LVN license (required)
• Completion of accredited nursing program
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work rotating weekly schedule (4x12 / 3x12)
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and patient care focus

• Pay Rate: $24.75 $28.88/hr
