We are seeking a skilled Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will deliver direct nursing care during night shifts, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support the healthcare team in maintaining safe and effective care delivery.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability to different facility environments, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.

• Provide direct nursing care according to clinical standards
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Support patient mobility and ADL assistance as needed
• Communicate updates to healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Respond to patient needs throughout night shift hours
• Ensure compliance with nursing regulations and facility protocols

• Active LPN/LVN license (required)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to work night shifts (19:00 07:30)
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay rate- $33,48-$39,06
