Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU/PCU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill and progressive care patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Nebraska or a compact state
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior experience in an ICU or PCU clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility performance expectations throughout the duration of the contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with critically ill patient populations in a high-acuity environment
