COMPLIANCE NOTES

Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer
Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocol
Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care and catheter care
Complete nursing assessments and contribute to resident care plan development and updates
Document accurately in the EMR and communicate changes in patient/resident status to the care team
Supervise and delegate tasks to CNA/GNA staff as assigned
Support infection control practices and regulatory compliance standards
